Mon séjour à Kinshasa, dans l’appartement Gracey Concierge au 6G de l’immeuble Fokia, a été une très belle expérience. La prise en charge a été professionnelle dès le premier contact. L’équipe est disponible, réactive et soucieuse du confort du client, avec une vraie flexibilité pour s’adapter aux besoins. L’appartement est d’une propreté irréprochable, avec une décoration de haut standing, un mobilier de qualité et une literie impeccable. Aucun problème d’eau ou d’électricité, climatisation parfaitement fonctionnelle : tout est pensé pour un séjour serein. La piscine au rooftop offre un cadre magnifique et reposant, et la salle de sport est accessible à volonté, même aux heures tardives — un véritable avantage. Un professionnalisme remarquable. Appartement vraiment top, très bien situé très sécurisé ce fut une très belle expérience. Le personnel était très réactif. Il répondait à tout à l’heure. Le ménage était fait chaque jour correctement, je reprends à 100 %, j’y ai passé 10 jours et c’était très bien. Merci beaucoup à tous et surtout au personnel très réactif

bonjour 👋 nous avons aimé kiffe adoré notre futur 2ème maison de vacances malgré on adoré que Dieu moi et ma nièce nous aimé la endroits malgré nous avons pas pu profité de la piscine et salle de sport nous avons aimé Madame Rebecca au petit soins malgré j'étais en peut chiante mais elle était là pour mes petits caprice encore merci à tout l'équipe

My recent stay at Rebecca’s apartment was, in a word, impeccable. From arrival to departure, the experience was defined by a profound sense of security and an unwavering standard of service that was truly on top. The staff operated with a seamless, anticipatory grace. A particular mention must go to the guest relation manager Mr Christian Kanyinda who promptly resolved any minor issues. Security was clearly a top priority, implemented thoughtfully without being intrusive. Access to guest elevators requires a keycard . The suite was spacious, clean, and luxuriously appointed with modern amenities. The bed was supremely comfortable, and the bathroom, with its rainfall shower and premium toilet .The rooftop infinity pool and well-equipped fitness center were excellent additions For the traveler who prioritizes top-tier service alongside a secure and reassuring environment, this location ( apartment) is an outstanding choice I will undoubtedly return and recommend it.

Rebecca’s place looks exactly like the pictures. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay, and the gym and swimming pool upstairs were a great added benefit. There were a few plumbing issues, but they were resolved once we informed Rebecca. Honestly, the price feels slightly high, similar to premium hotel rates. That said, our overall experience was excellent, and we would gladly book again without hesitation on our next visit to Kinshasa.

Suite à un problème technique nous n'avons pas eu internet et pour palier à ce manque, elle nous a fait un geste commercial pour notre prochain séjour,  ce que nous avons fortement apprécié. Appartement très fonctionnel et propre. Tous les ustensiles pour faire la cuisine sont disponibles. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour. Le plus de ce logement est le ménage effectué quotidiennement. Nous avions eu de la chance que Monsieur Roméo faisait cette tâche avec soin et passion. Nous nous sommes sentis très en sécurité. Un gardien est présent au bas de l’immeuble 24h/24.

Excellent séjour, appartement grand standing décoré avec grand soin, équipements Hi tech. Cet appartement de standing fait partie de ce que Kinshasa peut proposer de mieux. Je recommande très fortement. J’y séjournerai volontiers durant mes prochains voyages.

L’appartement est très beau, très propre, et très luxueux dans un immeuble intelligent. Tout était parfait et comme décrit. Plus beau en vrai que dans les photos. Contrairement à d’autres Airbnb de Gombe, Rébecca vous mets à l’aise avec des bouteilles d’eau, du café / thé, papier essuie tout,… nous n’avons manqué de rien, tout était dans l’appartement. La piscine au 23eme étage donne une magnifique vue sur Brazzaville et Kinshasa. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons sûrement. Merci Rébecca.

Beau apart pour un couple , tout neuf . Beau quartier de Gombe , 2 restos à proximité . Surtout l équipe Rebecca est très réactive à l écoute. Donc je recommande sans hésiter .

I have just spent a pleasant stay in the apartment with my family. I was afraid of unpleasant surprises, but this place gives me peace. Mrs Rebecca and Magguy are very responsive and always ready to help. The location is first-rate, close to all amenities, not to mention the quality of the building.
